3. Shipping

Phokas Research ships exclusively to Utah addresses. Orders submitted with non-Utah addresses will be canceled and refunded.

4. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at time of purchase.

5. Returns

All sales are final. Damaged or incorrect shipments may be replaced when reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and imagery are the property of Phokas Research and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Phokas Research is not liable for any misuse of its products. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and lawful use.
